Privacy Policy / GDPR

As of 25thMay 2018, new EU legislation, GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation, became effective.  This concerns everyone, and you as the consumer, have rights to your data and to know what businesses may do with it.  To understand how we collect, store and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy as detailed on our website, or ask for a printed copy on request.  

Within the terms specified by the GDPR legislation, we need you to complete and sign Learner Declaration in your Learner Booklet to give your consent to us to collect, use and store your personal data.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, and UK data protection law, you have specific rights over the processing of your personal data. These include:

• A general right to be informed about the processing of your personal data

• A general right to have your information processed securely

• A right to request access (e.g. receive a copy of the personal data Scruffies 2 Fluffies holds about you).

• A right to have inaccurate personal data corrected (rectification).

• A right to request erasure of your personal data if Scruffies 2 Fluffies has no legal, statutory or regulatory reason for processing it.
